With a well-established presence in Germany and a strong client portfolio, we're now looking to hire a Media Sales Manager to help drive the next chapter of advertising revenue growth across the German market.

Key Responsibilities

This hire plays a key role in expanding FRAMEN's strong position in Germany, building on an established client base while opening up new agencies, brands, and verticals. Based in Berlin, this is a senior new-business role with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close.

You'll be responsible for driving new advertising revenue across agencies and brands in the DACH region, working closely with our German leadership team on strategy and priorities while remaining fully accountable for your own pipeline and revenue delivery.

The ideal candidate is a proven seller in OOH, DOOH, or digital advertising, with strong agency relationships, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to operate autonomously within an established business.

Job requirements

  • Own and grow a new-business pipeline, converting opportunities into consistent monthly revenue
  • Proactively prospect and win new clients across OOH and DOOH agencies, major media agencies, and brands direct
  • Pitch FRAMEN to senior agency and client stakeholders, clearly articulating our value proposition
  • Build tailored media plans aligned to client briefs and objectives
  • Negotiate and close deals, typically ranging from €10k–€100k per month
  • Cold outreach is part of the day-to-day: open doors, secure meetings, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with the German leadership team on strategy, priorities, and target accounts
  • Operate within a clearly defined sales framework, supported by CRM, ops, and cross-market collaboration
  • Work cross-market with sales teams in other countries on international opportunities
  • Stay up to date with market trends, agency structures, and competitive activity
  • Represent FRAMEN externally, building your personal profile and industry presence

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, ideally within OOH, DOOH, media owner, or ad tech environments
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of winning new business
  • Strong, active relationships across German OOH and major media agencies, and/or relevant brand categories
  • Confidence selling consultatively to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative by nature; willing to share learnings and support wider team success
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (additional languages a plus)
